91+ POINT RATING – 2017 PROPRIETARY WHITE BLEND

A blend of 62% Sauvignon Blanc and 38% Sauvignon Musqué, the 2017 Proprietary White Reserve has lovely notes of ripe pears, white peaches and honeysuckle with touches of coriander seed, white pepper and baking bread. The palate is medium-bodied, crisp and refreshing with a beautifully long spiced-pears finish. Should age wonderfully over 5-7 years. 50 cases were made.
